How soon can I book my trip?  Book anytime! Rush reservations may require surcharge. There are no blackout dates, however, all dates are subject to availability. Please keep in mind that peak dates may require surcharge to be determined by hotel.

How Do I book?  Simply redeem your voucher online by entering your voucher number, submitting your reservation fee, and you'll receive your Reservation Request Form via email within 24-48 hours!  Send your Reservation Form to the reservation center that's been assigned to you, and they'll be in touch shortly to confirm your details!

What's Included In The Price I Paid?  Your package includes 3-4 Star Hotel accommodations in Oahu, Maui, Hilo or Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Can we book a group?  Yes!

Is there a fee for children?  Children are essentially free as long as they stay in the same room as the adults or do not require an additional room.

What types of Hotels are available?   This offer is valid for many 3 and 4 star hotels, such as (not limited to) Aston, Outrigger, Omni, Seaside, Ohana, & others!

Can I call the Hotel I want to book directly?  This offer is ONLY available through our Specialty Reservation centers, not the hotels themselves.  Please redeem your voucher and follow the next step to book directly with your center.  They will let you know which hotel(s) are available on the dates you prefer.

What are the age requirements?  This offer is valid for two adults ages 18 or older, and children.

What are the Fees?  At the time of confirming your reservations, guests must submit Hotel nightly taxes & fees of approx $50pp, varying depending on dates & other factors at hotel discretion. 

Can I stay extra nights?  Yes! Additional nights are available for varying surcharges.

Any blackout dates?   Resort accommodations are available year round, although holiday times may be extremely limited. It is helpful to give the reservation center multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available.

Do we have to attend a timeshare?
No.  Most of our properties are not timeshare owned.  Some properties may offer a timeshare tour in exchange for gifts, but they are not required

Do you keep or sell any customer information?
We take confidentiality very seriously, and make it a policy to never ever sell or misuse customer information of any kind.

Can I call the Reservation Center BEFORE I redeem my voucher?
In order for the Reservation Center to assist you, you must first become their guest by redeeming your voucher online.
