How soon can I book my trip? Unlike many other "deals" you may encounter, there is no advance booking time required! Our offers are real & booked in house, so you can book as soon as you like! Please be advised that all hotels are subject to availability and that peak dates may require a surcharge, so while you CAN book last minute, it's best to plan ahead if you can! Availability is year round - getting the dates you want is GUARANTEED, since guests are able to select from a variety of hotels.
How Do I book? Simply redeem your voucher online by entering your voucher number, submitting your reservation fee, and you'll receive your Reservation Request Form via email within 24-48 hours! Request your travel dates in the form and email it back! We will find available hotels on the dates you select, and email your options with details about each offer! Choose one, and we'll send you an invoice for the nightly taxes & fees to finalize your trip! You can pay the invoice online for FREE or over the phone for a small fee.
Can we book a group? Yes! Group Travel is available! The normal $65 group booking fee is waived with this offer! Woohoo!
Is there a fee for children? Children are essentially free as long as they stay in the same room as the adults or do not require an additional room.
What types of Hotels are available? This offer is valid for the hotels listed above, & several others within our network. If you have a specific hotel in mind that is not in our database, we can book you there, AND we guarantee to get you the lowest available rate! We'll provide a list of available hotels when you submit your voucher!
Can I call the Hotel I want to book directly? This offer is ONLY available through our Specialty Reservation centers, not the hotels themselves. Hotel front desk centers are not aware of promotional rates & offers from wholesale brokers, and cannot offer the same deal.
What are the age requirements? This offer is valid for anyone 21 or older, and children if accompanied by an adult(s).
What are the Fees? At the time of confirming your dates and reservations, guests must submit fees of approximately between $30-80 per person. These fees cover hotel and other fees required to use the offer. Fees vary depending on the dates, length of stay, and upgrade options chosen at the time of booking.
Can I use 2 vouchers back to back? Yes! You can use vouchers back to back to extend your stay, limit 4 vouchers for 8 nights total max.
Any blackout dates? This offer is available year round, although holiday times may be limited unless booked in advance. It is helpful to keep in mind that peak dates or holidays may require a surcharge.
Do we have to attend a timeshare or other sales pitch? No way! Never. Nuh-uh. And nope.
